  • Refunds & Sourcing: Because our builds utilize highly specialized, commissioned components and custom fabrication, all hardware component purchases and custom fabrication orders are final once material sourcing initiates.

  • Consultation Fees: Consultations and custom chassis layout design fees are non-refundable once the engineering design process begins.

  • Cancellations: Build slot cancellations requested prior to hardware acquisition are subject to a standard layout-review fee.

  • Our Guarantee: We build to precision. If a system integration or physical chassis layout does not match your signed specification sheet, H-Pattern Labs will modify, tune, and rectify the assembly to match the project blueprint.
